The rulebook has been updated to version 25.0 in preparation of RoboCup 2024 in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Version 25.0 contains only part of the changes for 2024, as the Technical Committee was not able agree on all changes by December 31st. Additional changes will be published in version 25.1, and will be made available as soon as possible.
